Lifetime Motor Warranty
The motor has a lifetime warranty, unless the motor fails due to abnormal use, we will
provide the motor for free for lifetime at the customer's shipping cost.
One Year Limited Warranty For Parts
1. For one year from the date of original purchase, Vesta will provide, free of charge,
non-consumable replacement parts or components that have been damaged by
manufacturing defects.
2. Vesta reserves the right, at its option, to repair or replace any part of the product
that is defective due to faulty workmanship or materials.
3. Consumable parts not covered by this warranty include, but are not limited to light
bulbs, metal filters, and charcoal filters.
To Obtain Warranty Service, You Must Provide
1. Invoice or receipt that verifies date and store of purchase.
2. Product model number or product name.
3. Description of product or part failure.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover the following:
1. Consumable parts such as light bulbs, metal filters, charcoal filters and fuses.
2. Any product damaged by neglect, improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse,
natural disasters, insufficient or excessive power supply.
3. Abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, or any unauthorized
disassembly, repair, modification or failure to follow installation instructions.
4. Non-residential use, commercial or government use or other use not consistent with
its intended purpose.
5. Chips, dents or cracks caused by abuse or misuse of the product.
6. Improper connection with equipment from other manufacturers.
7. Any unauthorized modifications.
8. Any original identification information has been altered, erased, deleted, improperly
handled or sold as second-hand.
