There Is No Electricity After The Range Hood Is
Installed
1. Check whether the wiring of the range hood is correct.
2. Check whether the circuit power supply is normal and whether the fuse on the
electrical box is burned out.
The Range Hood Vibrates During Operation

Weak Suction
1. The exhaust duct diameter is too small (less than 4 inches), or the duct is too long
(more than 10 feet), or make too many turns (more than 3) which weaken the
suction performance of the range hood. Fix it when one of the above scenarios
happens. It is not a problem caused by the range hood.
2. Turn on the machine to test the ventilation effect without connecting the pipe. If the
suction works normally, it should be a problem with the exhaust duct. Otherwise,
there is a problem with the range hood. Please contact the manufacturer.
3. Check whether the flap of the range hood outlet is fully open. If there is a wind shield
at the outlet of the outer wall, it is recommended to remove the flap to prevent the
flap from not being fully open and affecting the suction.
The Light Is On But The Blower Does Not Rotate
1. Circuit board failure, please contact the manufacturer.
The Fan Wheel Is Stuck Or Makes A Rattling Sound
1. The blower may touch the surrounding wires, just clean it.
2. If it is stuck or scratched due to transportation deformation, please contact the
manufacturer.
