Time-Out Timer (TOT)
ThepurposeoftheTime-OutTimeristopreventexcessiveuseofachannel.
Thetimeoutperiodcanbesetviasoftware(30,60,upto180seconds;each
incrementby30seconds).Iftransmissioncontinuesuntilthesettime,the
walkie-talkiewillstoptransmittingandemitawarningtone.Tostopthe
warningtone,releasethePTTswitch.PressingthePTTswitchagainwill
resumetransmission.
One-Touch Frequency Pairing
Turnthedeviceoƺatchannel1,holdtheUPkeywhileturningiton,andthe
devicewillenterone-touchcompatibilitymode.Ifthedevicereceivesasignal
fromanytransmittingwalkie-talkieandcancommunicateproperly,the
channelcompatibilityiscompleted.Switchthechannelandcontinuepairing.
Aftercompleting,restaDžthewalkie-talkietoreturnittonormaloperation.
