LUBRICATION
Inspect and lubricate the tool when required.
STORAGE
When not in use for an extended period, apply a thin coat of lubricant to the
steel parts to avoid rust. Remove the lubricant before using the tool again.
Store the welding unit in a clean and dry location. The storage temperature
range is 10°F to 120°F (-12°C to 48°C) without a maximum humidity of 90%.
DISPOSAL
Recycle a tool damaged beyond repair at the appropriate facility.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Contact Princess Auto Ltd. for a solution if the tool does not function properly or
parts are missing. If unable to do so, have a qualified technician service the tool.

Possible Cause(s)
1. No power at power
outlet.
2. Broken or damaged
power supply cord.
1. Inadequate current.
2. Poor connections with
welding unit.
1. Bad ground or loose
connection.
2. Bad connection to torch
or faulty torch.
1. No tension on drive
roller.
2. Faulty wire speed
control assembly.
3. Faulty drive motor.
Suggested Solution(s)
1. Check circuit fuse or circuit
breaker.
2. Replace the power supply
cord.
1. Check work clamp, cable and
connection to workpiece,
2. Check all welding unit
external connections.
1. Check ground and
connections. Tighten as
necessary.
2. Check connection to torch or
replace torch.
1. Adjust the drive tension.
