DISASSEMBLY/DISASSEMBLY OF DISCS
How to mount the disk
CAUTION: Do not use grinders with bent
or cracked discs. Do not use grinders with
discs that do not comply with the
specifications contained in these
instructions.
WARNING: Never press the lock button
while the machine is running. The shaft
must be completely stopped before
pressing the lock button.
Press the shaft locking button (F) and at
the same time, unscrew the retaining nut
with the help of the adjustment wrench
(H). (Fig.2).
Place the disc with the correct side facing
up and tighten the clamping nut again
until it is firmly fixed.
Pay close attention when mounting the
discs. One of the threads is shaped to fit
the top to secure the tie down to the
machine. The other part has to be
mounted under the disc, with the flat part
facing down, and be very tight.
Once assembly is complete, make sure
the spindle lock button is back in place.
