2.3 Set-up the probe
If the displayed value differs by more than 0.04%, a calibration should be carried out.
Note: The displayed value might slightly differ by 0.04%. If this occurs, restart the set-up
procedure.
2.4 Use with Jeulin devices
An adapter is provided to ensure a seal and stability when fitted to Jeulin respiration devices.

Initio 2 has three navigation buttons:
Selection-confirmation (3):
The central rotating wheel (3) is to scroll through the menus of the Initio2. Briefly pressing
the OK button in the centre of the rotating wheel confirms the selection.

To switch off the Initio 2, briefly press the start button (1) and confirm by pressing the
rotating wheel (3).

Press the Menu button

Using the rotating wheel, select Calibration and confirm by pressing the rotating
wheel.

Select Yes and confirm by pressing the knurled knob.
The measurement will oscillate and then stabilise after a few seconds to 0.04 %.

- Insert the adapter for the probe with the flat part
downwards.
- Insert the probe into the adapter.
- Insert the adapter for the probe with the curved part
downwards.
- Insert the probe into the adapter
