REMOVING THE BATTERY

We recommend
removing and
reinserting the
battery with the
bike upside down,
as it is easier to
handle the battery
in this orientation.
Be careful where
you place the bike
with this method
as the Bosch
Mini-Remote could
get damaged on
uneven ground.

Another method
if you're not able
to put the bike
upside down is to
lay the bike on the
left side, resting on
the left grip, rear
tire and left pedal
(in the 5 o'clock
position).

REMOVING THE BATTERY

Rotate the butterfly switch located
on the rockguard underneath
the bikes bottom bracket.

Unlock the lock with the supplied key
clockwise and pulling it towards you.
Use a 6mm Allen key to remove
the battery axle.
Tip: you can store
the lock key inside
the rockguard, using
the dedicated clip.

Pull the lower piece of
the rockguard away
from the frame.
Unplug the electrical Bosch connector,

put it aside and pull the battery from the handle.
Make sure the cables are put safely out of the way
of the battery to prevent any damage to the cables.
