GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
This manual contains important safety instructions, please read it before
operating EV charger.
PLEASE KEEP THESE INSTRUCTIONS
This manual must be considered an integral part of the equipment, and must be
available at all times to everyone who interacts with the equipment. The manual
must always accompany the equipment, even when it is transferred to another
user.
INTENDED USE
This product is intended for TEMPORARY charging of portable electric vehicles.
It is not intended to be used as a permanent charging solution.
MAINTENANCE
EV charger generally do not require daily or periodic maintenance. Use a soft dry
cloth to wipe clean the charger.
Do not use water, corrosive chemical substances or aggressive detergents.
Disconnect the AC power of the device before cleaning.
Ensure the EV charger is stored in a dry place.
WARNINGS
• Read all instructions in this guide before using this product.
• Children should be supervised when in the vicinity of the charger while plug in.
• Do not place the EV charger near explosive, flammable materials, chemical
vapours or potentially hazardous materials.
• The product must be grounded. If it should malfunction or break down,
grounding provides a path of least resistance for electric current to reduce the risk
of electric shock. The unit detects the presence of a good ground connection and
will not operate if it is disconnected.
• Do not operate your charger with a damaged output cable, charger connector,
or module.
• Do not disassemble the internal components of the EV charger without
permission, this will void the warranty.
• Always position the charger output cable so that it will bot be driven over,
stepped on, tripped over, or
otherwise damaged or stressed.
• Disconnect the charger from the wall outlet before cleaning it. To clean the
charger, wipe it with a clean cloth dampened with water or a mild detergent
solution suitable for use on automobile parts. Do not use chemicals or solvents.
• Do not submerge the control box or charging connector in water.

KNOW YOUR INDICATOR LIGHTS
On thefront cover of the control box, an indicator light is used
commu nicate the status of your charger. It is important to
understand how to interpret the color and pattern of the
indicator light; the following provides a simple explanation of
the indicators;
Green:
When the EV charger is powered on, the steady GREEN
STATUS indicator means the unit is ready for use. When the EV charger
connects with the vehicle, the GREEN STATUS indicator in slow flashing means
charged successfully.
Red:
The RED TROUBLE indicator illuminates when the EV charger has detected an
error. If RED TROUBLE indicator lights up, the EV charger will not deliver power
to the vehicle. The error must be corrected before a charging cycle can begin or
continue. Error code will occur on the LED screen at the same time. Refer to the
Troubleshooting Guide for more information.
