Before you begin, read these instructions and check to be sure all parts and tools are accounted for. Please retain these
installation instructions for future reference and parts ordering information.
Tools Required: 10mm, 13mm and 19mm Open-end Wrench and Socket, T27 and T40 Torx Bits
IMPORTANT: Your Polaris accessory is exclusively designed for your vehicle. Please read the installation
instructions thoroughly before beginning. Installation of any item is easier if the vehicle is clean and free of debris.
NOTE: For best sealing, Polaris recommends the use of Dash Seal Kit (P/N 2877488) and Under-seat Seal Kit
(P/N 2877487) with the Door Kit.
For best ventilation when driving, open upper windshield vents and front door wing windows. Using sliding side
windows while driving can cause an excess of dust to enter the cab.
Approximate Installation Time: 1 hour
INSTALL CAB COMPONENTS IN THIS SEQUENCE: Windshield, Back Panel, Cab Roof, and Door Kits.
If you have already installed some cab components and are now adding, it may be necessary to remove installed
components.
