SOLUTIONS TO YOUR QUESTIONS
THE LID DOES NOT CLOSE
There are foreign bodies between the bowl and the hotplate.
Remove the bowl. Check that the hotplate, the central
element and the bottom of the bowl are clean. Also check
that the central element moves freely.
The lid's opening handle is not in the proper position.
Ensure that the opening handle is fully in the open position.
The metal lid and/or the tightening screw are not properly
installed or fully screwed in.
Check that you have properly positioned all elements of the
metal lid and that the screw is properly tightened.
The bowl may be deformed (after an impact, a fall, etc.).
The bowl must be changed in an Authorised Service Center.
THE APPLIANCE'S PRESSURE DOES NOT
INCREASE AND SOME STEAM IS RELEASED
ABNORMALLY
The gasket seal may be dirty or damaged.
Check that the gasket seal is clean and that it is not damaged.
The gasket seal must be changed every 3 years. Bring your
appliance to an Authorised Service Center.
The inner lid is missing or is not screwed in enough.
Ensure that the central nut under the metal lid is properly
tightened.
The locking rod may be dirty or its gasket seal may be
missing.
Clean the locking rod in accordance with the cleaning
instructions. It must be able to freely rise and drop. Check
that the gasket seal is properly placed on top.
The decompression ball is not correctly positioned or dirty.
Check that the ball is correctly positioned and that the ball
cover is in the lock position. Clean and dry the ball and its
holder.
The upper side of the bowl may be damaged or dirty.
Check that there is no food or scale remaining on the side of
the bowl and that it is not deformed.
THE APPLIANCE DOES NOT DECOMPRESS
The ball cover is not in place.
Allow the product to fully cool down. Next, remove the metal
lid and correctly position the ball cover
(set to the lock position).
WATER FLOWS BEHIND THE APPLIANCE
The collector is not in position or overflowing.
Ensure that the collector is correctly placed behind the
appliance.
The bowl is overfilled (above the MAX limit).
Check that the MAX volume is not exceeded.
Some ingredients (like cream, wine, milk, etc.) are delicate and
may cause overflowing.
Be sure to properly observe the ratio indicated in the recipe.
THE LID DOES NOT OPEN ONCE THE STEAM
IS RELEASED
The locking rod is still in the high position.
Once you have ensured that the steam has been fully
released and that the product has fully cooled down, insert
a tip into the hole located between the opening handle and
the silent valve. Be careful of the steam that may be released
once the tip is inserted. Once all the steam is released, try to
open the appliance. Next, clean the locking rod in accordance
with the cleaning instructions.
THE LID HANDLE'S INDICATOR LIGHT
NO LONGER LIGHTS UP*
The LED no longer works.
If the problem persists, bring your appliance to an Authorised
Service Center.
THE SCREEN DOES NOT LIGHT UP
The appliance is not connected or is in standby mode.
Check that the power cord is both plugged into the mains
and the appliance. Check that the appliance is not in standby
mode by pressing on the dot located on the front panel.
The appliance is damaged.
Bring your appliance to an Authorised Service Center.
THE INNER METAL LID CANNOT BE REMOVED.
IT IS BLOCKED
The ball's lid is not properly positioned.
Unscrew the nut in the center of the metal lid, and then press
the probe in the center of the nut. This will release the lid to
gain access to the ball cover. Ensure that it is properly put
back in place, like the ball.
