ERROR CODES
Error 01: Failure to communicate with the keyboard card.
Unplug your appliance. If the problem persists, bring your
appliance to an Authorised Service Center.
Error 02: Failure to communicate in Wi-Fi mode*.
Unplug your appliance. If the problem persists, bring your
appliance to an Authorised Service Center.
Error 03: Failure to communicate with the power board.
Unplug your appliance. If the problem persists, bring your
appliance to an Authorised Service Center.
Error 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09: Failure of the temperature
sensor.
Unplug your appliance. If the problem persists, bring your
appliance to an Authorised Service Center.
Error 10: Failure of the heating unit.
Unplug your appliance. If the problem persists, bring your
appliance to an Authorised Service Center.
Error 11: Abnormal pressure level.
Unplug your appliance. Check that the safety valves/ball/lid
valve are neither dirty, nor blocked. If necessary, clean them
in accordance with the cleaning instructions. Ensure that the
valve cover is properly put in place.
Error 13: Excess pressure.
Bring your appliance to an Authorised Service Center.
Error 14: Abnormally low pressure due to a lack of water.
Add some water to the bowl, and then resume cooking.
Error 15: Failure to decompress.
Unplug your appliance and allow it to fully cool down. Next,
remove the metal lid and properly position the ball cover
(fastened in the locking position). If the problem persists,
bring your appliance to an Authorised Service Center.
Error 16: The appliance's pressure does not increase.
Add some water in the bowl, then resume cooking.

Error 17: The appliance's pressure does not increase.
Please refer to the "The appliance's pressure does not increase
and some steam is released abnormally" section.
Error 18: Failure to detect the locking rod.
Wait for the end of decompression. Then, unplug your
appliance. If the problem persists, bring your appliance to an
Authorised Service Center.
Error 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106: Fault in displaying or
loading the recipe.
Unplug and reboot your device. If the problem persists, bring
your device in an Authorized Service Center.
