Possible cause
Water pan at the rear bottom of the appliance not
properly levelled or draining spout not properly
positioned to the pan or spout blocked.
Water connection is not tight.
Ice in the ice bucket is melt to water, caused by
power failure.
Water line not connected or water valve closed.
Water line crushed or kinked.
Water filter not installed correctly or clogged.
Water tank frozen due to too low temperature of
refrigerator compartment.
Child lock active or freezer door open.
After installation, it will take several hours until
the freezer has reached it's temperature and ice
cubes can be produced.
Water line not connected or water valve closed.
Water filter not installed correctly or clogged.
Ice cubes stick together in the ice bucket or ice
stuck in the chute.
Ice maker is turned off.
Remedial action
Check water pan and draining spout at the rear.
Check water connection and tighten the nuts.
Check ice bucket and empty it, if necessary.
Check the water line and the water valve.
Check water filter.
Select a warmer setting of the refrigerator
compartment.
Deactivate child lock.
Close freezer door.
Check if the water line is connected and the
water valve is open. Check water filter.
Check ice cute. Check ice bucket and empty it,
if necessary.
Turn on the ice maker.
