Before Use
Your Diamond Wheel Benchmount Saw comes with these parts:
• 2 bench
• Tile guard
stops
Preparing the saw for use:
• Wrench
Fitting the cutting wheel
Remove nut and large washer from shaft. Then fit
cutting wheel up from below with rotation arrow as
shown. Refit washer and nut and tighten with
wrench.
Fitting the splash guard
Remove screw and slide the support into its slot from
above as shown. Lift and replace the screw
Aligning the blade support
Place a metal ruler or similar straight edge alongside
the cutting wheel as illustrated and check for
alignment. Check each side and tighten screw when
adjusted
Fitting the bench stops
Install bench stops at edge of a level, rigid surface to
prevent machine from sliding forwards.
