The warranty for the sold product does not exclude, limit or suspend the Customer's rights under the Consumer's Right
Act.

WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.
The Seller, in the Warrantor's name, offers warranty in the territory of Poland for 24 months following the sales
date.
2.
The right to complain and the right to warranty cover solely the inherent defects being the manufacturer's fault.
3.
The warranty will be accepted by the shop or the service centre only when the customer submits:
-
a valid, correctly filled-in warranty card with the sales stamp and seller's signature;
-
a valid proof of equipment purchase, specifying the name and address of the seller, date and place of
purchase, product type (for home shopping, the warranty card is valid solely based on the purchase
document, i.e. a receipt/invoice),
-
the product complained against or a defective part.

The complaint shall be investigated within 14 days after the defect is reported by the Customer.
5.
Any manufacturing defects and damage disclosed in the warranty period shall be repaired free of charge within no
more than 21 days after the product is delivered to the shop or the service centre.
6.
If it is necessary to import any part, the warranty repair period can be extended by the time required to import it,
though no more than by 40 days.
7.
The warranty does not cover:
-
mechanical damage and defects caused by it;
-
damage and defects resulting from incorrect use, inconsistent with the designed one, and storage, incorrect
assembly and maintenance;
-
damage and wear of wear parts, including strings, rubber components, spring cover etc.;
-
activities related to the assembly and maintenance which the user is obliged to carry out themselves as per
the user manual.
8.
The warranty does not apply in the following circumstances:
-
expiry;
-
repairs and modifications carried out by the customer themselves using non-OEM parts;
-
if the defect results from the incorrect assembly or the failure to comply with the correct use principles
specified in the user manual (e.g. if the trampoline was placed on an incorrect surface);
-
use other than household use;
-
damage in transport.
9.
No duplicate warranty cards will be issued.
10. Within the warranty, the customer is entitled to demand the following types of free remedies:
-
product repair;
-
product replacement;
-
price reduction;
-
termination of the agreement and complete reimbursement of expenses incurred.
11. If a soiled product is delivered, the service centre may refuse to accept it or may clean it at the customer's expense
and at their consent in writing.
12.
If the complaint for the equipment covered by the warranty is admitted, the equipment shall be repaired /
replaced with new one or money will be reimbursed to the customer. The cost of the product transport to the
customer shall be borne by the manufacturer's service centre.
13.
If the complaint under the warranty is rejected, the customer shall receive a detailed justification of the decision
made and the equipment will be sent back to the customer, at their expense, within up to 14 days after the
decision was sent.
