Exclusive guarantees
The guarantees stipulated in this document are exclusive guarantees provided by Bell & Wyson and,
unless prohibited by applicable legislation in the country of sale, all other express and implied
guarantees are hereby excluded.
Exclusive liability
In all claims for damages and interest arising from or associated with the use of the product or an
inability to use the product, Bell & Wyson's total liability for alleged or actual damages may never
exceed the amount you paid to purchase the product. This constitutes Bell & Wyson's exclusive
liability.
Limitation of damages
Unless prohibited by applicable legislation, Bell & Wyson may not be held liable for incidental,
