Using the appliance
1.
Place the base on a flat surface.
Fill the kettle with water (do not add any other product).

Note: do not fill above the MAX level. Please consider the water level indicator.

Refit the cover.
Note: please, place the cover with the 3 holes on the opposite side to the pouring spout, near
the handle, to prevent water from spilling out of the holes when pouring water into the cup.
Place the kettle on the base.

Only connect the appliance to a properly installed 230 V~ 50 Hz safety socket.
Note: check if the voltage you are going to use is the same as that of the kettle. Details can be
found on the label on the base.
Press the switch to start the kettle. The indicator light will light up indicating that the

water is heating up.
After boiling the water, the appliance will switch off automatically.

Note: be careful, you could get burned. Do not open the cover when pouring.
Note: never touch or hold the appliance by anything other than the handle when it has been
boiling water.
4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Before cleaning the kettle, unplug it and allow it to cool down.

Clean the outside of the appliance with a slightly damp sponge or cloth.

Never immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.

Do not use abrasive cleaners, metal brushes or any other object that may scratch the
surface.
Storage
-
Make sure the appliance is completely cool and dry before storing.
-
Wrap the power cable around the base for storage.
-
Store the kettle in a cool, dry place.
