The operation indicator is on, the fan is not
running, and there is no welding current
output.
The fan is running, the welding current is

10. WARRANTY.
Duration: The guarantee period is 24 months for users who do not carry out a professional activity with the
equipment. The warranty period is 12 months in all other cases.
Coverage: The guarantee requires the manufacturer CEVIK S.A. to repair or replace for free all components subject
to verified manufacturing flaws. The CEVIK Assistance Service will be responsible for the repair or replacement in
the shortest possible time, compatibly with the internal commitments of the service, without any obligation of
compensation or reparation for direct or indirect damages.
The following are excluded from the guarantee:
- The consumption materials.
- Damages to people, animals or things caused by improper use, improper installation, modifications not approved
by the manufacturer, incompetence or non-observance of the rules contained in these instructions for use and
operation.
Expiration:
The warranty will be voided in case:
- The guarantee period of 24/12 months counted from the date of sale is expired.
- The instructions contained in this manual have not been observed.
- An improper use of the product has been verified.
- The machine has been used outside the parameters defined in the specifications of the product.
- The characteristics of the equipment have been manipulated or altered by unauthorized persons.
11. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION.
In accordance with the provisions of the European Directive 2012/19/EU on waste electrical
and electronic equipment (WEEE) and its transposition into national legislation, this product
should not be disposed of with household waste. If the machine or any of its accessories or
components must be replaced, make sure to dispose of them through the collection system
established in your area for this type of product.
The separation of waste from used products and packaging allows to reuse and recycle
materials. The reuse of recycled materials helps avoid environmental pollution and reduces the
demand for raw materials.
The 230V supply voltage is not stable or the input cable is not
well connected.
Turn the ignition switch off and on again, as the protection circuit
may have tripped. It may take 5-10 minutes to allow a reboot.
Check that the power cord plug is firmly connected to a working
power source.
The quality of the 1K regulating resistor could be faulty, requires
replacement.
The output terminal does not have a secure connection.
Check all components for bad connections. Check the voltage
between the power supply board and the MOS board (VH-07); It
should be approximately 308 VDC.
Possibly the overload protection is working, turn off the machine
and leave it for 5-10 minutes, try again. Possible failure of the
inverter circuit; the IGBT is faulty, it needs to be replaced.
Possibly the secondary rectifier tube is faulty, it needs to be
replaced. The feedback loop could be faulty.
