1. INTRODUCTION.
We appreciate the trust placed in our brand and we hope that the welding equipment you have just
acquired will be of great use to you. Your machine has many features that will make your job faster and
easier. Safety, comfort and reliability were a priority for the design of this tool, which makes
maintenance and operation easy.
This machine is a rectifier that adopts the most advanced inverter technology available.
Inverter arc welding uses the IGBT, (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) and fast recovery diodes, to
transfer a frequency of 50/60 HZ up to 50 KHZ, after reducing the voltage and switching the high-power
output voltage through PWM technology. This makes the size of the inverter welding machine much
smaller and yet more powerful and versatile than a conventional welding machine. Due to the reduction
of the weight and volume of the main transformer, the efficiency increases by 30%.
With the volume of the IGBT equal to that of a monotube and the power of the IGBT several times
greater than that of a MOS tube, the IGBT uses one monotube instead of several MOS tubes, following
the principle of operation:
The following characteristics stand out in this type of machine: efficient, energy saving, compact and
stable arc, good welding seam, high voltage without load, high capacity for compensation of force and
multipurpose. It can weld stainless steel, alloy steel, carbon steel, copper, and other colored metals. It
can be applied to electrodes of different specifications and materials, including acidity and fiber. It can
operate at high altitude, outdoors, and indoors and outdoors. It is compact in volume, lightweight, easy
to install and operate.
The MINI125 equipment is suitable for manual welding, with stick electrode (MMA) and welding with
tungsten electrode in inert atmosphere (LIFT TIG). Accessories for TIG welding are not included as
standard.
