corresponds to a 4-minutes charging period, followed by a 6-minutes idling period.
6. COMMISSIONING.
This machine is equipped with an input voltage compensation device. When the supply voltage changes
within ± 15% of the nominal value, (230V.), It will continue to operate normally. When using a long cable,
a thicker cable is suggested to avoid voltage drop.
If you use welding cables that are too long, it can affect the performance of the equipment. We suggest
that you use the cables provided with the machine.
1. Make sure the air inlet to the fan is not blocked or covered, so that the cooling system works
efficiently.
2. Use an induction cable no less than 6mm² to connect the case to ground. This is done through a
ground connection at the rear of the machine.
3. Make sure the power cord is connected to a grounded outlet (socket). The earth conductor of
the device must have a minimum section of 6 mm².
4. Connect the work clamp lead to the "+" polarity on the front panel, fix it clockwise, and connect
the work clamp to the workpiece.
5. Observe the connection polarity correctly, this machine has two connection possibilities: Direct
and Reverse.
6. Direct Connection: the electrode holder is connected in the "-" polarity, while the workpiece is
connected with the "+" polarity, by means of the earth clamp.
