Solution
Put the mains plug in an earthed
wall socket.

Put smaller batches of food in the
frying tray. Smaller batches will fry
more evenly.
Turn the temperature control knob to
the required temperature setting
(see 'Settings' section).
Turn the timer knob to the required
preparation time (see 'Settings'
section).
Ingredients that lie on the top of or
across each other (e.g. fries) need
to be shaken halfway throughout the
preparation time (see 'Settings'
section).
Use oven snacks or lightly brush
some oil onto the snacks for a
crispier result.
Do not fill the tray beyond the
maximum amount indicated in the
table on the previous page.
Note that the temperature is well-
controlled to be under 180°C when
you fry greasy food in the air fryer.
