7. Installation of devices
Installation of the HT-HECTOR-1200A model
Unpacking
Place the shipping box on a solid, flat surface and carefully remove the cover. Using two people,
remove all parts from the box and before beginning to assemble the chipper, check whether any
elements are missing.
1) Fitting the wheels
a) Attach the wheel axle (2) to the chassis (1) with an M12x30 hex bolt (60), a 12 flat washer
(53) and an M12 locknut (54).
b) Attach the fender (43) to the chassis (1) with an M8x20 hex bolt (63), an 8 flat washer (64)
and an M8 lock nut (65).
c) Attach the wheel (3) to the wheel axle (2), lock the M24x1.5 hex nut (56) with the 4x45
cotter pin (55) and install the dust cover (4) on the end with a rubber hammer.
