TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
After installation, the unit
does not work.
The light works but the
motor does not turn.
The unit is vibrating.
The motor is working, but
the lights are not.
The remote control does
not link to the hood.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Before contacting Customer Service
1. Check that you cannot solve the problem yourself based on the points described in "Troubleshooting".
2. Switch the device off and on again to see if the problem resolves itself.
If the fault persists after the above checks, contact the nearest Customer Service.

Possible causes
The power line and the cable locking
connector are not connected correctly.
The motor is defective.
The thermal protection system detects if the
motor is too hot to run and shuts it off.
The motor cable is not connected.
The motor is not fixed in place.
Blower damaged.
The hood is not fixed in place.
Defective lamp.
Loose lamp.
The light switch wires are loose.
Low battery
It is unlinked
Check that the electrical connection to the hood is
connected correctly.
Replace the motor.
The motor will operate correctly after the thermally pro-
tected system has cooled down.
Make sure that the motor cable is connected correctly.
Secure the motor in place.
Replace the blower.
Check the hood installation.
Replace the lamp.
Tighten the lamp.
Check that the light switch wires are connected correctly.
Charge the control with its included USB cable for at least
30 min. with a 5V USB charger and check if it reacts to ma-
nipulation, then charge the control for 6 hours for proper
operation.
Follow the procedure indicated in the remote control
manual to link it to the hood, if it does not work use the
function to generate new code and try to link it.
