Instructions for unpacking, handling and installation.

The appliance is delivered packaged in a specific container and stabilised, if required, using shock
absorbing material to ensure its integrity.
In view of its features, place of destination and transport mean to be used, the packaging can be palletised to
facilitate handling.
All information required for its safe handling (load and unload), is directly stated on the packaging.

The packaging must be handled based on its features (weight, dimensions, etc.). Handling can be manual
in case of reduced dimensions and weight. On the contrary, use a lifting device with adequate capacity.
Check all components are intact upon appliance delivery. Contact the area dealer in case of damaged or
missing parts, in order to agree the procedures to follow.

Installation must be carried out by experienced and authorised personnel, who must previously ascertain
that the electric power line meets the relative laws, the standards and the specifications in force in the
country of use.

Before installing the appliance, make sure the chosen area is suitable, sufficiently ventilated and lit, stable
and has sufficient surrounding space for easy cleaning and maintenance. Also check the support top is
stable, level and that its surface can be easily cleaned to avoid dirt storing and contamination of the food
products.
Personnel authorised to carry out the electric connection must make sure the electric system's
earthing is perfectly efficient and it must check the line voltage and frequency correspond to the data
on the identification plate.
Safety suggestion
Before doing any cleaning, disconnect the power plug from the mains to isolate the appliance from
the rest of the system.
Pay the utmost attention when lifting the lid as steam may emerge!
Never use the appliance without water.
Only drain the water when it is completely cooled.
Do not move the appliance when the tank is full of water, especially if it is still hot.
