Clear/set key, in the stop state, cycle select the training mode of countdown time, count
down distance, countdown calorie . In the running state, press it to clear the data of the
time, distance and calories displayed;
(3)START
Power on the machine, press it to start running.
(4)STOP
When running, press it to stop and record the running.
(5)SPEED +
When running, press it to increase speed at 0.1 KM/H each time. Hold on it, speed is
increased continuously.
(6)SPEED -
When running, press it to decrease speed at 0.1 KM/H each time. Hold on it, speed is
deceased continuously.
2. SELF-SET TRAINING MODE OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1.Choice of countdown training mode: in the stop state, press the "CLEAR/SET" key to
enter the countdown time setting mode; then press the "CLEAR/SET" key to enter the
countdown distance setting mode; then press the "CLEAR/SET" key to enter the count-
down calorie setting mode; press the "MODE" key to exit the countdown training mode.
2.Countdown time training mode: in the stop state, press "CLEAR/SET" key, enter the
setting state, time window flickering display, default display 30:00, press SPEED+, - key
to modify the setting value, setting range: 5-99 minutes. Press the "START/STOP" button
to start the treadmill, and start running at 1.0KM/H. Speed can be adjusted according to
SPEED+, - . When the countdown time is 00:00, the treadmill stops running automatical-
ly.
3.Countdown distance training mode: press the "CLEAR/SET" key again, enter the setting
state, the distance window flickers, default display 1.0KM/H, press SPEED+, - key to
modify the setting value, setting range: 1.0-9.0KM. Press the "START/STOP" button to
start the treadmill, and start running at 1.0KM/H. Speed can be adjusted according to
SPEED+,
-.When the countdown distance is 0.0, the treadmill stops running automatically.
4.Countdown calorie training mode: press the "CLEAR/SET" button again, enter the set-
ting state, the calorie window flickers, default display 50CAL, press SPEED+, - key to
modify
the setting value, setting range: 10-990CAL. Press the "START/STOP" button to start the
treadmill, and start running at 1.0KM/H. Speed can be adjusted according to SPEED+,
-.The treadmill stops running automatically when the countdown calorie is 0.
3.GETTING STARTED
Power the treadmill on by plugging it into an appropriate wall outlet, then turn on the
power switch located at the front of the treadmill below the motor shield. Ensure that the
safety key is installed, as the treadmill will not power on without it. When the power is
turned on, the display is ready for operation.
