Unroll the power cord (10) completely.

Connect the power supply cable (10) to the socket,
making sure that the mains voltage corresponds to
that indicated on the appliance data plate.

Turn the thermostat knob (7) so that the desired temperature is aligned to the
indicator (6) used as a reference. The indicator (6) turns on.
At first use to let the appliance work without food on the grill (cover "1" in position)
at the maximum temperature (MAX) for about 3÷5 minutes is advised. A light smoke
emission accompanied by a particular smell could occur.
This is a normal phenomenon which will disappear automatically. Prepare an
appropriate ventilation.

Electrically disconnect the appliance and wait for all of the components to com-
pletely cool down.
>> Grill use
The grill can be electrically supplied ONLY through the supplied
power cord. Do not use other fuels like coal, wood or other
inflammables materials.
DISCONNECT THE PLUG (10) FROM THE
POWER SOCKET BEFORE INSERTING OR
REMOVING SINGLE PARTS OR BEFORE
CLEANING THE APPLIANCE EVEN IF IT IS NOT
WORKING.
