Operation
Place the product on a flat, stable surface .
Connect the power plug

Test run: Set the control switch
start the rotation of the chocolate screw

Melting chocolate
NOTE: Chocolate is available in various
compositions . Some chocolate can be
liquified more easily than others . Add
vegetable oil to prevent the melted chocolate
from becoming sticky .
Add approx . 65 ml of vegetable oil to every
300 g of chocolate for the correct viscosity .
The smaller the pieces, the faster the
chocolate melts . We recommend a maximum
size of 3 x 3 x 1 cm per piece .

Let the chocolate melt . If necessary, stir with a
spatula or spoon .

supervision . Otherwise, the chocolate may
burn . Before pouring the melted chocolate

Using the fountain

Use a fork or a skewers to dip cuts of fruit
or marshmallows into the melted chocolate .
Cookies, pancakes or pieces of cake are well
suited for a chocolate fountain as well .

a longer time to prevent overheating and
damaging the motor unit .
