CAUSE AND ACTION
This error is displayed when the power is restored after a power cut has been
registered while a programme is running. The machine automatically returns to
the point in the programme where it left it, displaying a warning message for 30
seconds.
The options "continue" or "end" are displayed. If continue is pressed, the cycle
that was running when the power cut occurred will continue, starting from the
beginning of the cycle again. If "end" is pressed, the programme will end, and the
door is unlocked.
This error is displayed at the start of a programme and it is not possible to lock or
unlock the door while the programme is running.
The programme will end and you can try again, ensuring that the door is
correctly closed. If the problem persists, call the technical service.
This error is displayed when the washing machine is not able to drain the water
from the drum. Two options are displayed: "continue" or "end". Check that the
drainage is not blocked. If the machine is fitted with a drainage pump, clean the
filter.
This error is displayed when the washing machine detects a water level which is
too high.
Check that no water enters while the washing machine is at rest. If this is the
case, call the technical service.
This error is displayed when the washing machine detects that no water is
entering the machine.
Before calling the technical service:
Check that the shut-off valve is open.
Check that the drainage configuration is correct (valve / pump).
This error is displayed when the washing machine is not able to heat the water
correctly.
Before calling the technical service, check that the heating configuration is
correct.
This error is displayed when the temperature detected is too high.
Only the option "end" is given. When it is pressed the programme will end, if the
temperature is less than 50º. If this is not the case, the E11 error is triggered:
CLOTHES HOT
This error is displayed when the washing machine does not detect any
movement.
The warning "The programme will end" is displayed and after 2 minutes, the OK
button is shown. Press this to end the programme.
