MATERIALS
A 1 Crossbar
D 6 M12 x 35 x 1.25 Bolts and Flat Washers (25mm O.D.)
E 1 M6x 20 x 1.00 Bolt and Flat Washer
ZE 1 Flip up Electrical plate kit (Z99)
Z 1 Angle Plate (ZEQ4)
For use with either
TY158 Flange neck option – ZF3012. Note: This towbar must be used with either a Witter Towball (part number Z11) or Class
A50-1 or A50-X towball dimensionally Conforming to A50-1 with a 'D' and 'S' value greater than or equal to that of the towbar.
TY158Q / TY158QF Detachable neck option – ZQ3012/ ZQF3012 Please refer to ZQ fitting instructions for installation
FITTING
Remove lower under tray and exhaust heat shield. (Petrol models only- lower rear silencer )

2. Remove lashing eye bolted to left hand chassis rail.
Loosely attach Cross bar (A) and lashing eye to vehicle chassis using Bolts (D). Fully tighten Bolts.

Refit exhaust heat shield (use longer bolt (E). Re-secure rear silencer .

5. Attach neck option and Flip up electrical plate (Z) (ZE).
Cut under tray as shown below and refit.

Recommended torque settings: Grade 8.8 bolts: M8 - 24Nm, M10 - 52 Nm, M12 - 80 Nm, M14 - 130 Nm, M16 - 200
Nm Grade 10.9: M12 – 120Nm, M10 – 70Nm M8- 35Nm
