8.2.2. ATTACH THE COMPACT HOLDEr TO THE BACK OF THE
CONSOLE
To transport the console and the patient kit within the hospital, place the
compact holder on the back of the power supply
1 Mount the compact holder on the back of the console by hooking it
onto the extension of the carrying handle [fig
attaching it to the back of the console with the standard rail
2 Secure the compact holder by tightening the orange locking screw on
the standard rail [fig
3 Ensure that the compact holder is firmly fastened to the power supply
The console must always be set up on a stable surface, particularly when it
is being used together with a compact holder attached to the back
8.3. FITTINg THE PIN Or BrACKET
1 Insert the pin or bracket into the base carrier and fasten it with the
clamping screw [fig
2 Make sure that the screw of the bracket is visible from the front
8.4. MOuNTINg THE gAS EXCHANgEr
For inner-hospital transport, the gas exchanger can be lowered via the
integrated height adjustor of the compact holder for better protection of
the gas exchanger

1 place the oxygenator onto the pin
2 Lock the oxygenator into place as far down as possible on the pin
