8. APPLICATION
The compact holder in combination with the console can be used for the
treatment of neonates, pediatric and adult patients
8.1. HANDLINg THE CLAMPINg SCrEW

Mechanical damage of device caused by fixation could
result in serious harm for patient
 Ensure secure connection of holding system
 Check and tighten securing screws
1 Tighten the clamping screw
2 pull the handle of the clamping screw out and return it to its starting
position [fig
3 If necessary, tighten the clamping screw further
8.2. ATTACH THE COMPACT HOLDEr
8.2.1. ATTACH THE COMPACT HOLDEr TO A STANDArD rAIL
Attach the compact holder to a standard rail (10 mm x 25 mm) such as is
located on the trolley [fig
1 Mount the compact holder correctly on the standard rail
2 Secure the compact holder by tightening the orange locking screw on
the standard rail
3 Ensure that the compact holder is firmly fastened to the trolley or stan-
dard rail
