Notes
• If the lamp breaks, consult with qualified Sony
personnel.
• Pull out the lamp unit by holding the handle. If you
touch the lamp unit, you may be burned or injured.
• When removing the lamp unit, make sure it remains
horizontal, then pull straight up. Do not tilt the lamp
unit. If you pull out the lamp unit while tilted and if
the lamp breaks, the pieces may scatter, causing
injury.
Replacing the Lamp
When it is time to replace the lamp, replace the lamp
promptly with a new LMP-P201 Projector Lamp.
The lamp reaches the end of its life after about 1500
hours for the STANDARD setting, or about 3000
hours for the LOW setting in the LAMP MODE.
When it is time to change the lamp, a message which
says, "Please replace the LAMP." will be displayed.
