TROUBLESHOOTING
Note: The following simple problems can be solved by the user themselves.
Please contact the manufacturer, customer service or a qualified specialist if the
problems cannot be resolved.
Problem
The appliance does not work.
Odour formation
The compressor runs continuously.
The light does not work.
The refrigerator door does not
close properly.
Possible cause / solution
The device is not connected to the
power supply or the plug is not
inserted correctly.
Low voltage
Power failure or the fuse is out or
broken.
Foods with a strong odour must be
well packaged.
Food has spoiled.
The inside of the device needs to
be cleaned.
In summer, when the ambient
temperature is high, it is normal for
the refrigerator to run for a long time.
Do not put too much food in the
refrigerator at once.
Only put food that has already
cooled down into the refrigerator.
The refrigerator door has been
opened too often.
The refrigerator is not connected
to the mains.
The lamp is damaged. Have the
lamp replaced by a qualified specialist.
The refrigerator door is blocked by
food packaging.
There is too much food in the
refrigerator.
The fridge is tilted.
