Unusual noises
(Humming, creaking)
The floor is uneven.
The refrigerator is not stable.
The accessories have not been
attached in the correct places.
Remove foreign objects that are on the
door seal.
Warm up the door seal and then cool it
down again. (Use an electric hair dryer
or warm towel to warm it up.)
There is too much food in the
refrigerator or the stored food
contains too much water, which leads
to severe thawing.
The doors are not closed properly,
which leads to frost formation due
to incoming air and increased water
content due to thawing.
The heat dissipation of the built-in
capacitor via the housing is normal.
If the fridge becomes hot due to high
ambient temperature, the storage
of too much food, or compressor
shutdown, provide good ventilation to
facilitate heat dissipation.
The formation of condensation on
the surface and door seals of the
refrigerator is normal when the
ambient humidity is too high. Simply
wipe away the condensation with a
clean towel.
The compressor may produce a
humming noise during operation,
which may be particularly loud when
starting or stopping. This is normal.
Creaking: The refrigerant flowing
in the unit may produce a creaking
sound, which is normal.
