Defrosting in your microwave
Defrosting by weight
1 Press Defrost By Weight. The display shows "0" and "DEF."
2 Use the number pad to enter the weight of the item to be defrosted (in ounces). Input the weight must be
between 1~96 ounces.
3 Press Start to start defrosting. The remaining cooking time is displayed.

Defrosting by time
1 Press Defrost By Time. The display shows "00:00" and "DEF."
2 Use the number pad to enter the defrosting time you want. The time range must be between 00:01 and 99:99.
3 Press Start to start defrosting. The remaining cooking time is displayed.
Cooking with the auto menu
Soften or melt
1 Press Soften/Melt.
2 Press 1 for cheese, 2 for butter, or 3 for ice cream. The display shows "A1, " "A2, " or "A3. "
3 Press 1 or 2 on the number pad, depending on the weight (oz.) of the item (see table below).
4 Press Start.

1 Press the food item (Pizza, Potato, Reheat, or Veggies) that you want to heat. The display shows "0. "
2 Enter the food weight (in ounces) with the number pad. The weight must be within the range in the table below.

While defrosting, the microwave pauses and beeps to remind you to open the
door and check the food. Turn your food over for uniform defrosting, then press
Start to defrost for the remaining time.
