• Disconnect the suction hose from the skimmer inlet. Loosen the clamp that secures the hose and hold the hose so
that no water leaks and submerge immediately in the pool so that it remains primed.
• Weigh down the end of the this hose with a heavy object which cannot damage the liner so that it is forced to sink to
the bottom of the pool.
• Start up the pump and drain the pool. Remember that the filter will not fully drain the pool. When a few cm. of water
are left and the pump no longer sucks in water, shut it off.
• Once the pump to drain the pool is on, do not stop the process until it is finished, to ensure that it does not become
unprimed.
• If you are going to refill the pool with water, first remove the remaining water by hand without damaging the liner.
• If you are going to disassemble the pool, you can fold the liner with the remaining water in the centre.
• Remove the plate in the DREAM POOL model or the tubes in the JET POOL model.
• Unfold the liner in order to drain it fully.
• This operation should not be performed except to disassemble the pool.
THE HOSE SHOULD NOT CONTINUE SUCTIONING THE BOTTOM OF THE POOL LINER. THE PUMP MAY BE
SERIOUSLY DAMAGED IF IT OPERATES WITHOUT WATER CIRCULATION. THE LINER MAY ALSO BE
6 MAINTENANCE
After the bathing season has ended, the filter should be kept in a dry place where it is protected from inclement weather.
For this purpose, after performing a final backwash to clean the silica sand, dismount the hoses and drain the water in the
filter through the tank drain plug until it is completely empty.
After removing all of the water from the filter, carefully clean the remains of silica sand from the thread before replacing
the plug. Failure to do so could damage the thread.
The filter tank drain plug should only be used in this operation.
After stoppage for an extended period, it is also recommendable to make sure that the filter is primed before starting up.
