Troubleshooting
symptom
Possible
Cause(s)
No water
Product is not
supply to the
switched on
system product.
WTC mode.
The supply of
water in the tank
has been used up
completely.
The nozzle on the
water tank
is closed.
The nozzle
connector release
collar has no
connection with
nozzle or other
tool connector.
No tank filter
installed.
Inlet filter or tank
filter clogged.
Battery is
discharged (LED
on the product
does not show).
Water in tank or
lines has frozen.
Tank continuous
running over 30
minutes.
There is water
spilled on the
product. Pump
does not start
after ON button
is pressed.
Corrective
Action
Switch the
product on by
pressing the
ON mode.
Fill the tank.
Open the nozzle.
Insert the nozzle
or other tool
hose connector
into the nozzle
connector release
collar.
Check installation
of the tank filter
and, if applicable,
install a tank filter.
Clean or replace
inlet filter and/or
tank filter.
Charge the
battery or insert a
charged battery.
Move the product
to a warm place
and wait until the
ice has melted.
Press the
switch again.
Remove the
battery and wait
for water to dry
