Deflector assembly
o There is a cast iron baffle plate, called a deflector, which must be placed on the grid.
o This is an essential part of the combustion chamber and must be installed before the first use.
(It is not factory-installed, since it could fall during transport or handling, damaging your stove.)
o Install the deflector as follows:
