Place the flour and vanilla sugar in a bowl and mix the ingredients thoro-
ughly.

Crumble the yeast and dissolve it in lukewarm milk.

Add the eggs, milk (including the yeast) and melted butter to the flour and
mix well (approx. 1 minute).

Cover the dough and leave to rise in a warm place for about half an hour.

Then mix the 650 g of caster sugar into the dough.

Then bake the waffle directly in the waffle iron.
