Maintenance
• Shut off condensate inlet (if neces-
sary switch off compressor).
• Where there is a heating system,
disconnect the device from the po-
wer supply!
Cleaning of dirt collector (1)
(recommended every 6 months)
• Keep a basin at hand for catching
the dirt.
• Detach the feed hose from the pres-
sure relief chamber.
• Undo the screws.
• Lift the pressure relief chamber
slowly.
• Pull out the plug, catch the dirt, and
ensure correct disposal .
• Put back the plug, fix the pressure
relief chamber, reconnect the feed
line.
Checking of oil outlet (2)
(recommended every 6 months)
Open handhole lid: AQUAMAT 2
Open the lid: AQUAMAT 4, 5R
• Is there a free oil passage? If not
! clean the oil outlet.
• Is the oil being discharged from the
present layer of oil? If not
! move the adjustment ring
downwards by a few mm.
Close the lid.
General cleaning of AQUAMAT
(recommended every 12 months)
- Clean dirt collector.
- Empty the separation container by
pumping.
- Clean separation container.
- Ensure correct disposal of the liquid.
Note:
Do not add any cleaning agents
(surfactants)! They impair the filter
efficiency.
After cleaning, fill the AQUAMAT unit
with fresh water.
After maintenance work
• Open condensate inlet.
• If there is a heating system, recon-
nect the power supply.
