12. Troubleshooting

Use the following checklist if the camera does not
function correctly. If the problem persists, consult
MEDION Service.
12.4.1. The camera will not switch on.
• The batteries are not inserted correctly.
• The batteries are flat.
 Replace the batteries.
• The camera is still in surveillance mode.
 Wait until the camera has saved its last photos/
videos and has then switched on.
12.4.2. The camera will not take photos.
• The camera is still in observation mode.
 After 2 minutes the camera switches to
surveillance mode and then takes photos or
records videos according to the settings you have
selected.
• The memory is full.
• The SD card is not correctly formatted or is
defective.
12.4.3. The image is blurred.
• The subject moved very quickly.
• The subject was outside the camera's focal range.
 Improve the light conditions and check the
shooting area in test mode.
