12. Install the door catches (#20) on each side. The larger end of the opening
is positioned on the bottom. Secure each with two screws.
• The door catches may already be attached. Loosen the screws and
slide the door catches out. Then retighten the screws.
13. Close and latch the side doors to test the tightness and alignment.
Improve the seal tightness by moving the door catches inward slightly.
14. Place the lamp box glass (#4) on top of cabinet. Make sure it is resting
properly on the lamp box seal (#5).
15. Insert the two fluorescent tubes (#3) into the lamp housing (#1).
16. Attach the grounding wire to the lamp housing.
17. Place the lamp box on the cabinet top with the light switch (#1a) on the
front left-side. You may need to reposition the lamp box glass (#4) to align
with the lamp box. Secure with 1/4 x 3/4 in. bolts, flat washers and nuts.
18. Place the floor grate with cut out corner to front right of cabinet. Guide
the siphon and air gun hoses through opening during installation.
19. Tighten all bolts, nuts and screws
INSTALL AN AIR COUPLER PLUG
Prepare a standard 1/4 in. NPT coupler plug (sold separately) for use with your
tool.
1. Wrap the external threads of the coupler plug with sealant tape.
a. Wrap tape in a clockwise direction so it will not unravel.
b. Do not tape all the threads. Leave several leading threads unwrapped
for easier alignment.
2. Screw the coupler plug into the tool's air inlet and tighten with a wrench
until snug.
3. Run the compressor at a low volume and check the connection for air
leaks. Do not use the tool until all air leaks are repaired or the faulty
component is replaced.
