Cycle counter :
• We have a counter of 600,000 seconds. If we consider that the cylinder performs full strokes at
an average speed of 9 mm/s, that is about 10,000 full cycles.
The Veobox IV will indicate that maintenance is required when the red light illuminates for 2 seconds
and the green light illuminates for 2 seconds.
Cylinder preservation system:
• A built-in system to preserve the cylinder is included in the housing. It corresponds to a ratio
between the time of use and the time of rest of the cylinder.
• For every 10% of use time, 90% of rest time is needed.
• For 6 minutes of continuous use, it is therefore necessary to wait 54 minutes before using the
device again. If this time is not respected, the unit will not work and the block indicator light will
be orange. When this working cycle is exceeded, there is a risk of overheating the equipment and
causing a breakdown.
If you notice that your appliance lifts more slowly, you have incorrectly switched on the «soft start»
function.
In this case, please follow the instructions below to deactivate it.
