SERIAL NUMBER. This symbol will be accompanied by the manufacturer's
serial number.
CONSULT INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE.
Indication of conformity with the essential health and safety requirements set
out in European Directives 0120 and 1639 – Notifi ed body identifi cation (SGS).
DATE OF MANUFACTURE. This symbol will be accompanied by the date of
manufacture.
MANUFACTURER. This symbol will be accompanied by the name and the
address of the manufacturer.
AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE IN THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY. This
symbol will be accompanied by the name and the address of the authorized
representative in the European Community, adjacent to the symbol.
Dispose of separately from other household.
