We hereby guarantee that if this
product malfunctions or fails in any
way within one year from the date of
purchase, the purchaser will not be
charged for any of the parts needed
and labor costs incurred to repair the
defective device, if it is used under
normal conditions and in accordance
with this instruction manual. This
warranty is only valid if the purchaser
can provide proof of purchase.

You will be asked to enter the Serial
Number of your product, along with
the purchase date and name of the
shop of purchase. The registration
will enable us to contact you in the
unlikely event of a product safety
notifi cation. By registering your

Before you send your device back,
please contact us about the defective
device and send us a description

sales receipt (as proof of purchase)
via info@drhonow.eu. We will then
investigate whether the problem
can be resolved by our experienced
customer support. In the event that,
for some reason, your device cannot
be repaired, we will replace it for you
at no additional charge during the
one-year warranty period.
