13. Troubleshooting
No camera image reception
• Reduce the distance between indoor and outdoor unit.
• Start pairing; see chapter 9. b).
• Do not put up the indoor unit next to any other devices with a transmission frequency of 2.4 GHz (e.g. devices with
WLAN, other wireless cameras, etc.). Select a different place of setup.
• Put the aerial on the rear of the indoor unit vertical or in another position.
• Check power supply of the outdoor unit. When the call button (4) of the outdoor unit is pushed, it must emit a
confirmation sound.
No video is recorded on the SD memory card when a visitor rings the bell
• Switch on automatic recording; see chapter 9. c).
• Check that the memory card has been inserted correctly and whether the memory card is full. If required, switch
on SD overwrite mode (see chapter 9. c), so that older data will automatically be overwritten when the memory card
is full.
Door opener does not work
• For the door opener to be triggered, the indoor unit must not be off or in standby. Activate the indoor unit so that
the camera image is displayed. Now you can use the door opener.
• Check the connection between the outdoor unit and the door opener. The door opener must be able to work with
an operating voltage of approx. 12 V/DC.
Indoor unit display only shows black and white image
• The IR-LEDs have activated in darkness; only a black and white image is possible here.
No image on the indoor unit display
• If an external screen is connected to the AV output (31), the indoor unit display is switched off automatically. If
required, unplug the AV output plug.
• Switch on the indoor unit.
