5.2 CONNECTION OF THE CHARGER TO THE MAINS
The charger of the converter must be connected for charging to single phase current form 100 to 240V
1Ph 50-60Hz. The plug must fit the socket of the power source.
5.3 CONNECTION CHARGER TO BATTERY
First plug the charger's mains plug (1) into the mains, then plug the charger's connector (2) into the
battery.
To disconnect, follow the steps in reverse order.

The colour and status of the LED will change depending on the charge in the battery:

Re-screw the nuts and bolts daily.

Before starting work, the correct operation of all handling and safety devices must be checked.
Turn off the motor switch located on the handle before starting.
Inspect the good condition of the cables.
Check that all the screws are well tightened.
Check the battery charge status.
Turn on the motor. If the battery is fully charged, operate the switch very quickly 2-3 times in
a row. The battery has an overcharge protection system that sometimes kicks in when the
battery is fully charged.
Carry out the vibration of the floor by pulling the screed by its handles, which are isolated from
vibration.
After the work is finished, clean the remains of fresh concrete adhering to the screed and to the
blade with water.
When a defect or a malfunction has been detected, endangering the use of this machine or not,
stop the work and make the correspondent maintenance to avoid any danger or bigger damage.
75% to 100%: 3 green LED ON and 1 red LED ON.
From 50% to 75%: 2 green LED ON and 1 red LED ON.
From 25% to 50%: 1 green LED ON and 1 red LED ON.
Less than 25%: 1 red LED ON.
The works on the electric parts must be done by a specialist.
During the maintenance, make sure that the device is disconnected from the power source.
Always use original parts by every maintenance operation.
The bearings of the motor do not need a periodic maintenance.
Inspect the charger and switch connections every 100 hours.
Clean periodically the housing of the motor to prevent an overheating.
The safety fittings must be checked after every maintenance.
Every 12 months or more frequently the screed must be sent to an authorized workshop for
service according to the intensity of the usage.
