Foot Shell Removal & Pylon/Spring Replacement

Remove pylon from carrier/foot shell.

Remove heel spring from carrier.

Attach pylon to carrier. Loctite (243) & tighten
bolt (25 Nm).

Rotate heel/carrier assembly from foot shell/glide
sock.

Assemble replacement heel spring, applying
Loctite 243 to screw threads and torque to
15 Nm.

If a foam cosmesis is to be fitted, roughen
top surface of foot shell to provide ideal
bonding surface.
