Using the oven
8.1 Inserting the oven shelf
➤ Open the oven door completely.
➤ Insert the oven shelf (fig. 6 3, page 4) in the oven so that it rests on the left and
right-hand brackets mounted on the oven sides.
8.2 Switching on the oven
Automatic ignition (fig. 7, page 4)
➤ Open the oven door completely.
➤ Make sure that the gas supply is turned on.
➤ Press in the temperature regulator (1) and hold it down.
➤ Turn the temperature regulator to the left into a 2 – 6 position on the temperature
scale.
➤ Press and hold down the temperature regulator for another 5 – 10 seconds.
✓ The burner is ignited automatically.
➤ Turn the temperature regulator to the required position (see chapter "Setting the
temperature" on page 35).
➤ Close the oven door.
If the burner does not ignite automatically, repeat the steps. If the burner still does
not ignite:
➤ Turn the temperature regulator to the

➤ Light the burner manually.
