6. CLEANING/POLISHING OF SMALL PARTS AND INTERNAL CORNERS (
For cleaning/polishing of small parts and internal corners which may be hard to reach with the extraction torch (1), it is possible
to buy a special kit (Clean&Brill Kit).
Components of "Clean&Brill Kit" (Picture B):
Nr. 1 small torch (21)
Nr. 1 Allen key 2,5mm
Nr. 1 small torch support (22)
Nr. 1 extension for torch support (23)
Nr. 1 torch power cable (29)
Graphite insert for polishing and cleaning:
Nr. 1 standard Tig bond insert (27a)
Nr. 1 narrow Tig bond insert (27b)
Clinox brush
Nr. 1 brush for cleaning/polishing (30)
Pay attention:
during the use of the small torch (21), the fumes extraction system and automatic pump features are
disabled.
When using the "Clean & Brill Kit" it is always necessary to work with an adequate extraction plant
in function (

NSERTS
RUSH INSTALLATION
1. Unscrew the screw (26) situated on the torch (21) with the 2,5mm Allen key.
2. Install the insert/brush (27/30) on the torch (21) and fix it with the 2,5mm Allen key (Picture J1 - Picture J3).
Pay attention:
Over the graphite insert/brush (27/30) there is already installed a plastic tube.
Put the plastic tube in its seat on the torch (21).
Pay attention:
the Clinox brush (30) is ready to work while it is necessary to install the pad (28) on the graphite
insert (27) before to start the cleaning or polishing operation.
6.2. T
IG BOND PADS INSTALLATION
The Tig Bond pads are made of a special materials resistant to the acids and high temperatures.
For the installation, put the pad (28) over the insert (27) (Picture J2).

LECTROLYTIC SOLUTIONS INSTALLATION
Pay attention: use adequate protective devices such as gloves and goggles (

verify that you are using the electrolytic solution correct for the desired operation:
1. Unscrew the tube tank cup (24) and remove the protection film.
2. Do not to turn the tube (24) over. Connect it to the torch (21) and fix it by screwing the ring nut (Picture J4).

Put the knob (10) on the function you selected for the small torch (21):
AC: weld-cleaning function.
DC: weld-polishing function.
