2. INSERTS INSTALLATION
1. Unscrew the screw (15) situated on the torch (1) with the 2,5mm Allen key.
2. Install the insert (16/43) on the torch (1) and fix it with the 2,5mm Allen key (Picture B).
Pay attention: there is a small O-ring located under the insert (16/43) at the electrolyte delivery hole.
Pay attention: the machine is delivered with the Tungsten standard insert (16a) already installed on the torch (1).
Note: The Big graphite insert (43) is specific for the cleaning of large surface.

3. PADS INSTALLATION

The pads are made of a special materials resistant to the acids and high temperatures.
Verify the possible combinations in Table F.

1. Fit the PTFE ring (42) into its seat on the torch support (2).
2. Lay the pad (41) over the PTFE ring (42).
3. Put the insert (16) over the pad (41) at the center of the PTFE ring (42) and push down so that the insert (16) and the pad
(41) both fit into the PTFE ring (42).
4. Remove the torch (1) from the torch support (2).

For the installation, put the pad (28) over the insert (16).

1. Put the Big bond pad (44) on the graphite insert (43) so that it will be all covered.
2. Fix the Big Bond (44) to the graphite insert (43) using the O-ring (45).
Pay attention: in case the Big bond pad (44) is not properly fixed a short-circuit between the graphite insert (43) and the
workpiece can arise.
4. ELECTROLYTIC SOLUTION
Pay attention: adequate protective devices, such as gloves and goggles are necessary to operate with the
machine (
Pay attention: do not use products which are different from the one stated in this operating manual and do not mix it with
other products, in case of use of other products any guarantee will be invalidated.
With the machine unplugged from the power supply.
1. Open the tank cap (8) and fill up to the maximum level (the 1.5L bottle or the supplied cup are a possible solution to fill up an
empty tank).
2. Close the tank cap (8).
Pay attention: when the electrolytic solution is finished, the machine stops and the warning Led (12) switches on. In this
case for restarting the machine it is necessary to refill the tank.

